call for guest symposium proposals for asri 2019 meeting
Deadline for submissions is MARCH 1, 2021
We are pleased to announce that we have finalized the planning of the ASRI 2021 Annual Meeting. It will be held virtually and we look forward to including you in the meeting program.
We would like to invite our sister societies to submit a proposal for a Guest Symposium. Participation by guest societies has enriched our past meetings - both scientifically and socially - and I hope we will be able to include you in this year’s program. To participate with a Guest Symposium, please read the information below then click the button to submit using our online form.

Requirements for proposal submission
- Main contact - name, phone, email
- Society name
- Country location
- Number of members
- Proposed Symposium Title
- Description of Symposium
- 3 Educational Learning Objectives
- Session Chair/Co-Chair - name, affiliation, email
- Speakers - names, emails (up to 5)
- ASRI membership status (if known) for speakers & chairs
- Agree to Terms:
- ASRI must approve the sessions and suggested speakers to avoid overlap of topics or speakers.
- All guest symposium chairs and speakers must register for the meeting.
- ASRI does not reimburse Guest Symposium chairs or speakers for registration fees or other expenses
- All Guest Symposium speakers and chairs must submit a completed disclosure form.
- Guest Symposium participants will not conduct solicitations of any kind before, during, or after the conference.
- Guest Participants will not host activities that will conflict with the ASRI 2021 scientific program. I understand that ASRI must be informed, and approve of, any plans outside this proposal.
- As Chair of a session or President of a Guest Society, I will inform the participants in my symposium of the above requirements.
- ASRI reserves the right to approve the final program and participants for the ASRI 2021 meeting.
