Registration Information

  • Registration is open to anyone interested in attending.  If you are not yet an ASRI member, we encourage you to join and save $100 on your combined membership/registration vs. non-member rates!
  • Deadline for Early Registration: FEB 29, 2020
  • Trainee delegates will be required to produce relevant credentials/student ID at onsite check-in.
  • Late registration begins March 1. Online registration closes on May 15.  After that date, all delegates will need to register onsite at the meeting.

ASRI Registration Cancellation Policy

  • From registration date to February 29, 2020, paid delegates may cancel their registration with full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.  
  • From March 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020, paid delegates may cancel their registration with a 50% refund.  
  • After May 1, 2020, no refunds will be given for any cancellations or no-shows.

Please refer to the instructions below for complete details on the ASRI cancellation policy:

  • All cancellations must be provided in writing. Written cancellations must be emailed to manager@theasri.org
  • We understand that plans may change due to circumstances beyond your control. If you are unable to attend the ASRI Annual Meeting, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Identify the person attending in your place and provide complete contact information.
  • If you must cancel, please do so in writing prior to the deadline.  ASRI will refund your fees according to the schedule above. We regret that we cannot refund any fees after May 1, 2020, as we must submit complete commitments for facilities, materials, and meals.
