Contacts who have an outstanding credit balance can apply a credit when paying one or more invoices from their account profile.

STEP 1

Login to your ASRI Account.

STEP 2

Renew your membership or register for an event, but click Generate Invoice on the payment page instead of paying via credit card.

STEP 3

From the Invoices and Payments tab in your member profile, using the check boxes, select the invoice you want to pay, AND the credit you want to apply

STEP 4

After choosing the appropriate invoice and credit, the member clicks the Pay online button if the credit being applied is less than the selected invoice amount:

OR Click the Settle button if the credit being applied equals the selected invoice amounts:
