Registration is open to anyone interested in attending.  

Trainee delegates will be required to produce relevant credentials/proof of student ID

Early Registration Deadline: April 15

Last Day to Register: MAY 20

*Social Guest registration includes a ticket to the Welcome Reception and Awards Dinner only. Does NOT include access to sessions or any other meal functions.

**The undergraduate/high school student rate is meant to help junior students that are completing their bachelors or first post-secondary degree, or involved in research through internship but have not yet entered grad school.

Trainee Definition

For the purpose of ASRI meeting registration, the definition of a “Trainee” is a member/non-member delegate who meets at least one of the following criteria:

  1. An undergraduate, graduate or medical student at an internationally recognized university or college.
  2. nurse who is practicing in an internationally recognized university affiliated hospital.
  3. resident who is in training at an accredited or internationally recognized university/hospital training program.
  4. postdoctoral fellow who has completed an MD and/or PhD who is currently under the supervision of
    mentor (or advisor) for the purpose of acquiring additional training in the field of reproductive immunology
  5. postdoctoral fellow who has completed a basic residency and is now gaining additional training in the field of reproductive immunology

Trainees, step into the paddock for an afternoon designed to get you prepared, focused, and ready for a strong run. After the workshop, continue building connections at LexLIVE with relaxed networking and friendly competition. It’s the ideal warm-up before the conference truly begins at the "starting gate" the next day.

WELCOME RECEPTION

Start the conference at full gallop by gathering with colleagues for cocktails, conversation, and camaraderie after the first day’s sessions. Set your pace, meet your fellow "racers", and get ready for an exciting meeting ahead.

ASRI BUSINESS MEETING & LUNCH 

Join us at the midpoint of the conference for an inside look at ASRI’s initiatives, ongoing programs and ways you can get involved. This luncheon is your chance to stay in the loop, share your voice, and help guide the Society as we chart the course for the year ahead and round the turn toward the finish line.

ASRI Registration Cancellation Policy

  • From registration date to May 1, 2026, paid delegates may cancel their registration with full refund, less a $125 cancellation fee.  
  • After May 1, 2026, no refunds will be given for any cancellations or no-shows.

Please refer to the instructions below for complete details on the ASRI cancellation policy:

  • All cancellations must be provided in writing. Written cancellations must be emailed to manager@theasri.org
  • We understand that plans may change due to circumstances beyond your control. If you are unable to attend the ASRI Annual Meeting, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Identify the person attending in your place and provide complete contact information.
  • If you must cancel, please do so in writing prior to the deadline.  ASRI will refund your fees according to the schedule above. We regret that we cannot refund any fees after May 1, 2026, as we must submit complete commitments for our meeting vendors.
