The Reproductive Medicine and Immunology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Clinical Sciences Department, Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science is offering a two-year fellow position for the Reproductive Medicine and Immunology Fellowship Program. The 24-month clinical training rotation will offer a graduating OB/GYN resident or junior faculty member in the Department of OB/GYN an opportunity to become a nationally recognized expert in the management of women with early pregnancy loss, recurrent pregnancy losses, implantation failures, pregnancy with auto-/allo-immune conditions and rheumatic diseases. The fellowship will also provide extensive experience with gynecological and obstetrical ultrasound imaging. In addition, the fellow will work with clinical laboratory immunology faculties and learn about various immunological assays. Rotations with other specialties are available, including reproductive endocrinology and infertility, maternal fetal medicine, minimally invasive surgery, and rheumatology. Through the Clinical Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and Immunology, Chicago Medical School aims to train and develop physician-scientists, by providing them with the knowledge and clinical expertise to care for this growing population of women and to serve as educators and program directors in the replication of this program at other academic centers around the country. This is a non-accredited fellowship.
